Tenderised Spanish Octopus imported directly from the mediterranean, argubaly the best octopus that has hit the Australian market. Simply thaw and grill/ bbq over charcoal to catapult its rich flavour.
Cooking tip: create a marinade comprised of extra virgin olive oil, Greek oregano, Balsamic Vinegar and salt. Whilst cooking, baste every 5 minites with a pastry brush. Drizzel with a lemon squeeze when ready to serve!
